I would make a center block using the colors from the fabric in a small or solid print and then set it with this fabric on point. I am thinking maybe something halloweenish, like a pumpkin or a full moon with a bat. If you make the background a grey or black, it would look very spooky! Then make a treat bag for your favorite kid.
