After going back and looking at the machine - without the stars in my eyes - I see it does not have a shuttle but a bobbin and the foot is missing?
I think that Pfaff treadle uses common Singer feet, it looks like a 15 clone. I'd bet that the bobbin case and bobbins are still available from Pfaff. Those decals are to die for!
