Norton is the worst program there is. Kaspersky is very good. It is expensive, but it is so worth the cost. Walmart sells it for about $60.00. It is what many computer techs use. I have had mine for years. I renew it every year and would never want to be without it. I can never understand why people will spend huge amounts to buy a computer and then not spend money to protect it.
After so many problems with Norton, we went to Kaspersky. We used Microsoft Essentials in the short time Kaspersky expired and getting to Walmart to get another one. Never had a problem with Kaspersky. If you can't afford the cost, Microsoft Essentials is a very good program. I didn't expect it, but the problem began when I clicked on a link through this board awhile back.
