Hello, I joined yesterday and am slowly checking out all the great areas of this wonderful Board.
I am 64 years old, love to quilt and machine embroider - scrappy, primitive, floral - well, guess I love it all. :D
My DH and I have been married for 43 years, no children, but our home is full of love and laughter. We have an English Pointer named Hannah and a Tuxedo Cat named Charlie Cat and we never, ever spoil them - :wink: LOL! DH is a Retired Disabled American Veteran (I am extremely proud of him). We have lived all over the world, but have settled in breathtakingly beautiful Klamath Falls, Oregon. I am originally from Iowa and DH was born in Grants Pass, Oregon.
I have just started playing with Foundation Paper Piecing. . .I have Lupus and arthritis - and this technique is so much easier for me.
I look forward to learning from all of you and thank you for letting me join the Quilting Board.
