Melissa, there are lots of us who will join you in being upset.
Two stores I visit here in Cincinnati were slated to close after the first of the year. Since I have not been in either store, I have no idea what is going on . Once I know, I will check back.
Complaining just did not help, and nearly 40,000 of us did.
