Jeanne, For this high end of the high end sewing machines, the service should be impeccable. I am an owner of a Bernina, a much more middle end one, but I have experienced more service than you had. Inform your supplier that you're not happy with this machine and with their service. Inform them that the machine still doesn't work as it should, and that you want them to fix it. If they do not, I would suggest you to inform Bernina, and ask them to fix your machine or to replace it with a reasonable refund added (there are no other machines in this price area).

Do not accept to work with a machine that does not work as it should.
You and your quilts are worth more than that, and quilting should be fun!
