You did a terrific job...you almost can't see the repair. I had a large piece of backing fabric on a table ready to be used as the back of a log cabin quilt. My young dog was very curious and chewed just a small bite out of a corner. When I opened the fabric the one little bite became multiple small holes in the middle of the fabric! I loved the fabric, so I just used it anyway and appliquéd a little design over each hole. It makes me smile to remember why I have those holes and how cute my dog was when he was young. He's gone now, and I am glad I used that fabric.
