it would be helpful, also, if you described the exact error you encountered.
the problem has nothing to do with the format change. if it did, then every member would have exactly the same problem every time they tried to post a reply.
most of us tend to forget that we had similar problems from time to time when we were using the old software, too.
they are doing their best to track down the cause of the problem. the techs share our frustration.
i know it's hard to remain patient, but please do try.
