This sounds really good. I love spaghetti squash and this offers a new way to fix it. I usually just cook it and add butter, salt, & pepper (my favorite way to eat it), but I've also used it with a tomato sauce like spaghetti.
Once I even used spaghetti squash to make a mock coconut pie. It was soooo good and you could not tell there was no real coconut in the pie.
Wow coconut pie, that sounds interesting. Did you use coconut oil to flavor it with? I think you should post the recipe for us.
