With the right sides of the quilt together sew on the wrong sides - sewing all around the quilt leaving a small opening and turning it inside out. It's like making a tube and turning it inside out. Does this make sense? (If a pillow case or sock for example is turned wrong side out, there is the opening to turn it right side out, you do the same with the quilt, only sew along every edge leaving a large enough opening on one end or side to turn the quilt inside out. I hope this is makes sense.
