I made one with the lil twister and I sewed a matching button in the center of each pinwheel.It turned out very cute.I then added beeds and rinestones to the corners.You could do stitch in the ditch but do it before you put bottons on it.I didnt so i sewed in the center of each square where the 4 different seams match.
