I've worked for JoAnn's several times over the years - you can use multiple coupons. The key is that each coupon you use has to have a different number under the scan code. If they tell you any differently, they don't know what they are talking about and they aren't following company policy! When they have "coupon commotions," they EXPECT you to use multiple coupons! They do use strategic management - they put things on sale for 20 or 30 percent off so that you can't buy those items with the coupons plus there are items that are excluded from coupon purchases.
