Your panel is cute and it's going to make a wonderful quilt. The easiest way is to the birthing method(you can search it here or on youtube to get a tutorial). You could quilt it also, but the batting and backing need to be larger than the top. It will shrink up a little when you quilt it. Afterwards, you can square it up(
