Hi, my name is Lura, your post caught my eye when I seen Southern Illinois. That is where I am from, Harrisburg. Which town are you from? I still have two sisters, one brother, and a daughter and her husband, and three GD's there. I love this site, I am on here everyday. I love looking at everyones quilts. I do more looking than quilting. I quilt but not very good at it. I was starting to take a class when my oldest sister was in that last tornado in Harrisburg. Her and her husband was very lucky they lived thru it but lost their home and both vehicles. Their son dug them out of the debris which tossed them across the street with the tub/shower stall over the top of them that they had just stepped into when the tornado hit.The shower stall is what saved them.
