I was cutting out scrub tops and did not pay attention. When I grabbed the back pieces (I like mass producing), I thought I did not cut out the front "V" neck and started cutting it out, only to realize my mistake. Did some fancy patching and still wear them as a reminder to myself to be careful. Oddly enough, no one at work has ever commneted on it.
