Looks fairly simple to copy. just sew two strips of fabric together, then use a triangle ruler to cut the pieces, alternating the ruler with each cut. Then sew the triangles together, sort of like a stack 'n' whack, or OBW to achieve the hexagon shape. hope it helps.
