I use Best Press also to get wrinkles out, if wrinkles are really bad I use Niagara Non-Aerosol Spray Starch. Even if you live in a area where you might be worried about bugs (not so in California) as long as you use the fabric right away and then wash after the piece is done there is no problem.
The key with the Niagara is to spray fabric, spray the fabric and let it sit and then use a hot steam iron, wrinkles just melt away.
