Oh I couldn't remember just how it was worded but "to be perfectly honest". Does that mean sometimes you are not honest!!LOL
Whenever I hear some say, "Honestly" or "To be honest", when starting a sentence I automatically assume they are lying.
(I cannot remember a time where I was wrong!)
