Funny you should have this issue, I just had to do the tension assembly on my longarm. Go to the Gammill website of Jack Boersma, he has some great pictures of how to assemble your tension assembly. Also, youtube has some good information and videos by Jason Reichert. I realize these are longarm assemblies, but they are generally the same in how you put them together.
