The pattern was just a bonnet, body, and arm... I used iron on bonding to attach to the block, then a satin stitch and decorative stitch to secure and trim the dolls up. I was watching Fons & Porter one day and they showed how to make these triple squares on point and I knew that's how I would incorporate the hot pink fabric so I could use it for the backing. It was a learning experience and I loved every minute until I tried to machine quilt with a patchwork stitch. I had gone too far to rip it out so continued. Most of the puckers are hidden since I washed and dried the quilt though so it's not too sad. Izzy loves it and that's all that matters. Thank you for the nice comment.. becky
