I hope this helps...
1. email the photo to yourself (for some reason, that shrinks the photo to an acceptable size)
2. right click on photo to save it and remember what you saved it under
3. now you go to the page you post you are starting and click manage attachments
4. click choose file and then find the photo that you "saved"
5. click upload
6. and there you have it.
