I recommend SewIconz from Sands computing
http://www.sandscomputing.com/id18.html It costs $25 and is very versatile. It lets you see what the design is through your regular Internet Explorer. I have wonderful (and very expensive) Bernina software, and I still find it a handy fast thing to use without taking the time to open my software. It doesn't do any file conversions, just viewing. For file conversions I like the free Bernina software called Artlink
