She is almost certainly speaking of TreadleOn. It is a wonderful online group, and I have learned so much from reading the daily postings. Now and then, we have gatherings called TOGA's. That stands for Treadle On Gathering and Assembly, roughly. So, it was probably a TOGA group, which was probably the Portland TOGA.
