Chicken breasts come out great. My DH does the grilling, and I can't say exactly what he does, but I think I just looked them up in a BH&G cookbook and handed it to him one time. You can vary the seasoning, and he always does enough that we can use them for several meals. I love them sliced over a salad or as fajitas or in chicken salad. We freeze any extras and they're quick to thaw in the microwave.
We also love grilled veggies and when peaches are in season, you can slice them in half and grill them on one of those hole-y baskets until they caramelize. Great on ice cream.
