Well............. I have two 99's.
One I paid $95 for and the other I paid $20.
Both of my machines are very clean and both are in working order.
I did not receive any attachments other than the general purpose foot and bobbin(s).
One of mine had the original owner's manual, the other one did not.
Both have complete cases. The $20 machine's case is a little musty smelling but airing it out this summer is on the list.

PS Some people prefer the 99 over Featherweight machines. The 99's are cute...... and they are not full size machines.
