I had a whole top put together and when I spread it out I almost cried. I had sewn the wrong rows together and all the solid blocks were on one side....plus I had put sashing around all of it...I had to take the whole thing apart and do it over again. Lesson learned.....go slow and check each row while it's pinned to make sure you haven't turned it wrong....I never could have looked at that quilt the way it was....
