Apostrophes (') in words that are just plurals. For example, craft's as opposed to crafts. The first is possessive (i.e. the craft's instructions were difficult to understand.) the second is plural (i.e. more than one craft.) The misplaced apostrophe is my biggest grammatical complaint.
Apparently it bugs a whole lot of people because there's a whole blog dedicated just to apostrophe abuse.
