I simply use a chop stick. Cut the seam allowance corner off pretty close, and then when I turn I don't push the chop stick into the corner, but rather to one of the edges. Then to the other edge. It seems to line up the fabric better.
ahhhh. Thanks all! I've been using a long wooden skewer, but poking it right into the corner. I'll try pushing the edges next time
