Ours is a large guild -- monthly newsletter sent the week prior to the meeting tells us what letters of the alphabet will be bringing snacks -- the letters vary by month -- some bring; some don't; some come; some don't: not a biggy! It seems to work well with a group of just under 200 at each meeting -- our group likes to eat!
