I've always wanted to go to the Lancaster and Paducah shows, haven't been YET ... interesting reading here and views.
I think ALL the big quilt shows have better years and some lesser ones. Even here in Houston the IQF has had some ups and downs, but I still never miss it ! Recommend it highly if you haven't been. It is THE Quilters Mecca. Some of the vendors vary in quality here too, yes, there are jewelry and bead booths etc and odd products thrown in as fillers. But there are SO many good fabric and pattern booths, and overall it's always an amazing show.
