What a beautiful binding idea. I also like the quilt design as am looking to use the colors of Oklahoma spring (redbud trees, brandford Pear ivory, willow green leaves, the extra deep dark green of evergreens coming out of winter and the clear blue of the spring sky) so maybe could use this strip idea to get all the colors in.
