I am willing to bet a good majority of us started this way before we upgraded to using dining rooms, master bedrooms, kid's rooms, remodeled basements, or added a studio in the backyard. Some continue to do so. Many do not take books and magazines or artwork or yarn and needles to pass the time when on vacation, visits or when dealing with life's trials as you are.
