I want to go where eveybody calls my name! this just shows that they like you and you are a valued customer. Better than at our LQS that is 45 miles away. they ignore anyone who walks into the store and acts like it is a chore to get up and wait on them. I hate going in there. I HATE our LQS!!!! If you are not "one of the girls"...I could quilt circles around all of them....lol...but the people at Joanne's know me and always question what I am working on...and then ask about it next time. LQSs need to KNOW all their customers...not just the cherished few!!!
