Irish that is a nice looking machine, but I can't help you! I don't own a MW's machine! If it were mine, though, I'd try a few things before taking it in to a shop - depends on how much you paid for it and how badly you want it to work! Maybe, Cathy can help you as she works on all kinds of machines!
