Wow! Congratulations on your new improved attitude. Dunster said it perfectly: save your money for new wardrobe! Keep up the good progress. Little tricks to keep you moving while quilting, set your cutting board, iron and sewing machine far enough away from each other that you HAVE to get up to use them. It takes longer to complete a project but well worth the health benefits.
