I Googled and found that the Inspira frame is made by Viking. Found this websites which may help:

What I would suggest is joining the homequiltingsystems group on groups.yahoo.com and ask for help there. This is a very active group with a variety of setups, and someone with the Inspira frame and experience getting parts for it may be able to help you.
