I got a cast on my foot today. I am hoping that I can still walk around a little with a lot less pain. It is removable, I am so thankful that we don't have to wear those plaster things hardly ever any more. Not a whole lot of exercise is in the near future for me. If I get a wheel chair, then maybe my arms will get a bit of a workout. Fortunately this is my left foot so I can still drive and still operate a sewing machine!!!!!
I was only down 6 lbs for March. Less than I had hoped but happy that it is at least that much. Hope I can do the same for April! It will be hard, once I have foot surgery I am blessed with lots of friends that want to bring over meals, problem is that I can't as carefully control what I eat. I will tell everyone that it needs to be low fat and low cal and lots of veggies!!! Most of them know that but don't usually cook that way for themselves.
