alikat110-- the positive is our drs recognize fybromyalgia (so many think it's in our heads), the negative is they do not understand how difficult it can be to get out of bed, much less exercise. during a flare up it hurts to even breathe. my husband has agreed to do the pool for one more year (at least) since it is the only place i have no pressure/ pain on any part of me. blessed relief ! i have eaten all the easter candy i'm going to for this year, so hoping april is a good month to lose! good luck everyone!!
