Irish, I would be thrilled to weigh 146. The last few pounds are always the hardest to lose. Are you sure below 146 isn't too low for your body? As we get older out weight set point goes up a little.
I too am a sugar addict. I do find that the more I eat the more I need. Especially chocolate. I cut back slowly and it seems to be easier. I try to allow myself 2 or 3 chocolates a week. That is usually enough. Once I start increasing that it get totally out of control. (like now)
We are taking my uncle out for dinner tomorrow for his 85th birthday. We are going to a really nice restaurant that I have been wanting to go to for years. Then back to my sisters for birthday pie. (we aren't cake eaters here) I sure hope I can control myself.
