SunlitenSmiles, I agree with you about the white teas. Just remember it has a lower water temperature for steeping than the black teas. If white tea steeps at too hot a temp or for too long, it tastes like grass. For everyday use, Red Rose bagged tea is my favorite. For loose tea, I buy it from the Queen Mary tea shop in Seattle. If you're ever there she (Mary) does a lovely high tea with all the pastries home made. I have no interest in the shop other than I always hope it will be there the next time I visit!
