Hi all, I too am an addict to sugar and carbs. Eating high carbs w/sugar & fat and man, I'd be off and running into food. Couldn't get enough. Now that I eat low carb food plan the compulsion is lifted - for today. I work a program to help me with staying off sugar and excess food. It's working! Now I need to move more and it's hard when I hurt. Didn't get to the pool today but I'm planning on going Wed. I like the info on eggs. Looking forward to trying some of them.
