First quilt show I went to there was a divorce quilt on display, the woman had done an attic windows pattern and said the idea was that she was looking out on a new world for herself. I guess you wouldn't know that had been the theme unless you had been told.
So you can make a quilt and just call it her new beginnings quilt.
