Just finished this scrappy. It is 84" x 66" and has 1532 2" squares in it. I did not use a pattern, made it up on my own. I am very literal in my view and I see a neat four patch with alternating 16 patches. I would call the quilt "Four by Four" or "4X4" like the big four wheel drive trucks. It might make a difference whether you plan to give this one to a male or female.
BTW, it is a great looking quilt and I am impressed by your creativity!
