If I was cooking dinner this year it probably be green salad, spiral ham, sweet potatoes, green veggies, pineapple casserole, rolls and later coffee/tea and dessert. My sister invited DH and I this year and I hope there will be more than her, her DH, DD and us as her menu is huge. First course - macaroni (we don't call it pasta) with fresh tomato sauce, meat balls and sausage and Italian bread from the nearby bakery, next spiral ham, veggies and maybe a small leg of lamb or pork tenderloin. I'm bringing a bean salad to have with thin slices of Italian bread before the macaroni, pineapple casserole to go with the ham, home made anise biscotti for the coffee and a bottle of wine.

All this after we've had DH's B-day lunch yesterday with DGranddaughter Catherine, we'll be having an early dinner with DS Pat Saturday, Easter dinner at my sisters, then lunch with DGranddaughter Mary next week (lives in CA and will be visiting family here), lunch with best friend Mary, lunch with good friend Elaine for her B-day, and ending with Granny's Lunch with my Granny cousins. Here I'm trying to keep my food intake simple and light because DGranddaugther Christine's wedding is beginning of June and I want my outfit to still fit me.
