I just saw this posting. There are quite a few sites selling walking feet for the 301's. Just a warning. NONE of them work as they should. There are no walking feet on the market with the correct width feed dogs to match the narrow feed dogs on the 301. They are all too wide. So...will a slant walking foot work? Kind of. But, it won't feed the fabric through as a walking foot was engineered to do. The feed dogs of the walking foot are SUPPOSED to align with the machine feed dogs to guide fabric through. Just because the foot fits the machine and doesn't break a needle, doesn't mean it actually does a good job;> I own 4 301's and although I love, love them for FMQ and piecing, I quilt on other machines. Hope this helps save you some money.
