Like what Joe? Please share as I need some ideas. If one of the ideas is about a vintage Zenith radio going in the cabinet. Nah. I want a sewing machine head to go in it. But think of it, a foot crank radio! 
Well, first of all I'd remove the finish and re-stain it to a more correct darker finish. That light finish looks like stripped ply wood to me.
Second, I'd fix the mounting holes on top.
Third I'd put a semi-modern machine in it. One with a reverse and perhaps a zig-zag.
