It's not JUST my fabric stash. I have several machines, software, a bazillion embroidery designs, embroidery thread stash, quilting thread stash, also a half-bazillion notions, including rulers and templates AND ... here's the thing: like the rest of you, I'm not getting any younger either and, when I die, everything will very likely go to ladies whom I've never met and who make quilts as gifts for children, military personnel, etc. One of my 2 daughters will never have any interest in sewing and the other, who will inherit my Singer treadle machine would probably also like to have my embroidery machine and all that goes with it. The problem there is that I've tried to teach her to sew and it's hopeless. I have no grandchildren or DIL. That leaves me with only 2 rational options: (1) stop buying stuff and (2) hope to use most of my existing stash before I leave this earth.
