Thank you for your replies. I called a couple of different repair places this morning and they both said exactly the same thing. It sat up too long unused and the oil and grease have turned to glue. What a shame, this beautiful machiine has never been used. But I think I can get it cleaned and adjusted and reoiled for about $100 so I'm going for it. Can't play with my new toy this weekend, but next weekend, watch out!
