Before I say what I am thinking, I will make a comment that I have never made a bargello....
How about if you just made the fabric pieces bigger than the pattern calls for..... Sometimes I have made done that to increase the size while following the pattern. Like, if there are 4 inch strips, make them 6, etc...
Or, you can make the bargello as the center of your quilt, adding borders for the sides.
I never thought of increasing the size of the pieces. Might be an option. I did find a bigger pattern thanks to woody so will wait to hear back on it. Thanks for the idea.
