I don't put my hole in the lining. I leave the turning hole between the handles and top stitch it closed when finishing the top. I have also dont a tut here,

The pictures became out of order when they went to the new format for the board, I emailed about it, but it never was changed. Everything is labeled though and tons of people asked lots of questions and gave lots of tips.
